Trauma Resilience in UK Policing

 

Policing is exciting, challenging and often dangerous work. It involves adjusting to everyday exposure, to incidents and situations that for most people might only happen once in a lifetime.

In partnership with the Police Federation of England and Wales, and Oscar Kilo, the Police Dependants’ Trust has created a guide outlining tips and ideas on how to better support yourself after a traumatic incident.
