Trauma Resilience in UK Policing

 

In March, Jess was lucky enough to spend some quality time with one of her trauma resilience guru's, Prof Neil Greenberg, catching up with the latest research on all things TRiM, TIPT, reseilience and peer support. The best take home message is that resilience is  about knowing when to ask for help and that, as with so many key workers, we may not be in the same boat, but we are in the same storm.
