Trauma Resilience in UK Policing

 

Police officers and staff are facing new challenges in unprecedented conditions during the pandemic. Repeated exposure to sudden deaths, lack of time to process incidents before the next job and anxiety over bringing the virus back into the home are key issues on which the Police Federation of England & Wales want to offer solidarity. Jess and Che discuss how we can offer some practical support for the policing brain in a realistic way and to show our gratitude and respect for the sacrifices being met in the name of public service during Covid 19.
