Trauma Resilience in UK Policing

We are very proud of Dr Jess Miller who won the University of Cambridge Vice-Chancellor’s Research Impact and Engagement Award for her work on police mental health.

The Awards ceremony took place yesterday Monday 14th October at Senate House, Cambridge, with other eleven students being awarded for their research impact in diverse areas.

Jess' early research project was recognised for its outstanding achievement, innovation and creativity in changing understandings of mental health and trauma in UK policing, "informing a new wellbeing service and leading to discussion in Parliament".

Congratulations to Jess and the team supporting the project 'Trauma Resilience in UK Policing'.
